Guarantee
All our products come with a 1 year guarantee for any faults with the items. Manufacturer's may provide a further warranty period which will be stated on product listings.
We do not refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect purchases. So please make sure you are buying the correct part for your car. We do not take responsibility for incorrectly purchased or installed products. Any electrical products such as globes, headlights or tail lights need to be installed by a licensed professional, if installation is carried out without a licence, this will void your warranty with us on electrical products.

Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must either be defective or faulty. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact the courier or Australia Post immediately if you feel the item has been damaged during transit. If you receive the wrong item or it is defective please contact us within 30 days, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds/exchanges: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@wildautoparts.com.au.
